Classroom Location: AEI’s Hilton Head Island classroom is located at The Sea Pines Resort in the meeting room of Fairway B, (located behind the golf course bag drop).

The Sea Pines Resort offers guests inviting rental homes, villas and condos as well as the award winning Inn at Harbour Town. Guests have access to 5 miles of pristine beach, 54 holes of championship golf, world-class tennis and so much more. Additionally, guests are entitled to discounted rates at The Sea Pines Resort with the The Lighthouse Card along with free access to the fitness center and swimming pools, and preferred rates and tee times at The Sea Pines Resort golf facilities.

Directions: To Sea Pines Resort - Once on Hilton Head Island proceed 2 miles to Cross Island Parkway (toll road). The entrance is from the left lane (do not follow the “BUSINESS” route 278). When the Parkway ends you will be on Palmetto Bay Road. Travel 1.5 miles on Palmetto Bay Road until you arrive at the Sea Pines traffic circle. Stay in the right lane approaching the traffic circle. This will take you right onto Greenwood Drive. Approach the guard gate at the entrance to Sea Pines Resort and tell the security guard you are attending American Educational Institute’s seminar. The daily entrance fee of $5.00 will be waived during the course hours.
To Fairway B meeting room - Proceed on Greenwood Drive until you reach the Fraser Traffic Circle. Enter the circle, take the 3rd exit on your right onto Lighthouse Road (do not take the 1st exit). After you pass the Plantation Club Villas on your left, turn left into The Plantation Club. The meeting room, Fairway B, is located behind the golf course bag drop (on the far right of the Plantation Club building). Parking is available in the lot in front of the building.
